Sooji pinni is a famous Indian dessert, and the best thing is we can easily add variations in it. Here we are adding Pineapple to make it more nutritious and delicious. This dish will help in growth and building immunity.

1 cup rava, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbp ghee, 1 cup pineapple puree, 1 tbsp cashew powder, 1/4 tsp cardomom powder, few raisins
1. Heat pan, add ghee and put cardomom powder.
2. Add rava and roast till light brown.
3. Now add of 1 glass water, sugar and pineapple puree.
4. Cook till desired consistency is attained.
5. Lastly, add rasins and cashew powder. Let it come to a room temperature, now give shape of pinni or serve it as it is.
Soft delicious pinni is ready to melt inside the mouth.
