Pomegranates are a rich source of vitamin cand antioxidants, not to mention fiber and anti-inflammatory properties — but more than that, studies show eating the fruit and/or drinking pomegranate juice can help protect against many diseases. On the other hand, corn is one of the most widely consumed cereals grains. Being a good source of antioxidant carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin, yellow (or colored) corn may promote eye health. It is also a rich source of many vitamins and minerals. Pomegranate Corn Salad is a healthy side dish that is prepared with ease and can be consumed anytime. This refreshing salad is the perfect dish for summer. Vibrantly colored, this succulent, sweet, juicy and crunchy salad makes a fun snack for kids.

Pomegranate-1, sweet corn(boiled)-1, grated fresh coconut-½ cup, salt-to taste, and chaat masala-1 tsp
1. Peel off and take out the pomegranate arils.
2. In a bowl mix boiled sweet corn with pomegranate and grated fresh coconut.
3. Season the salad with salt and chaat masala.
Serve fresh.
