Potato Bun is a yummy snack to munch upon. With the buns being available in market, it doesn’t take much time to prepare the stuffing. You can try this if you are looking for a variety or as a snack. These are loaded with healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins.

2 potatoes, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 table spoon corn starch, 1 teaspoon oil, salt to taste, bun (maida), tomato, onions, lettuce leaves, butter, tamarind dates chutney, coriander chutney
1. In a pan, add a teaspoon of butter. Cook onions till they are translucent. Add the tomatoes.
2. Add salt to taste and cumin powder.
3. Mix well, add the corn starch.
4. Keep this mixture aside.
5. In the same pan, add a teaspoon of butter or oil , toast the buns evenly on both sides.
6. Spread tamarind dates chutney and coriander chutney on one side of the bun.
7. Spread the mixture and close with the other bun.
8. Toast for some more time.
Serve the potato buns hot with a dollop of butter.
