Very easy to make and ideal to serve, these Potato Nuggets are sure to please with its succulent mouth-feel and pleasant cheesy flavour, loaded with vitamin C.

    Ingredients to make Potato Nuggets:

    1 and half cup boiled potatoes, ½ cup grated processed cheese, 2 tbsp corn flour, ½ cup bread crumbs, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp black pepper powder, coriander leaves, salt, oil for frying

    Steps to make Potato Nuggets:

    1. Combine all the ingredients except oil in a deep bowl and mix well.

    2. Cover with a lid and refrigerate it for half an hour.

    3. Take out the mixture and make small balls out of it. Give thema shape of nuggets.

    4. Heat oil in a deep skillet and deep fry the nuggets until golden brown from all sides.

    Remove them on paper towel. Serve it with home made tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
