Potato Tarts are healthy, delicious and a filling snack. It is easy to make with simple ingredients. If you have tried out all the recipes, then try this refreshing tart and enjoy.

4 bread slices (whole wheat), grated cheese, 3 potatoes-peeled, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1 teaspoon olives, sunflower oil, dry oregano, salt
1. Cut out the edges of the bread.
2. Thinly slice the peeled potatoes and roast them well.
3. In a pan, add olive oil or butter
4. Add the onions and tomatoes and cook well
5. Add roasted potatoes and dry oregano.
6. Add salt to taste
7. Toast the bread evenly in the pan and when warm , add grated cheese.
8. Heat for some more time till cheese melts.
9. Now spread the mixture over the bread.
