Yogurt is a versatile superfood. It should be incorporated in the diet because the fermented milk, made with live bacterial cultures, is rich in calcium, protein, probiotics, vitamins and minerals. Here we have come up with an interesting way to include yogurt in the daily diet.
Contents
2 pototoes, 1 cup thick yogurt, 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder, pinch of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp chat masala, salt as per taste , few coriender and mint leaves
1. First of all, wash potatoes thoroughly in running water, then cut the roundels of 1/2 inch thickness.
2. Brush them with little oil and bake at 220 Farenhite for 12-15 mins.
3. In the yogurt, add all the seasoning and give a nice mix.
4. Top baked potato roundels with prepared yogurt mixture.
5. Garnish with mint and coriender leaves.
Your crunchy yet creamy yogurt swrils are ready to relish.
