Ingredients to make Powdered Oats and Dry Fruit Halwa:
Oats, dry fruits, sugar, cardamom, saffron, coconut milk, nutmeg, water
Steps to make Powdered Oats and Dry Fruit Halwa:
1. Dry roast and grind the oats to a fine powder.
2. In a pan, heat oil and add all dry fruits. Saute on low flame for 4 minutes.
3. Now add the oats powder, water, sugar, cardamom, saffron, nutmeg, and coconut milk.
4. Mix well and allow to cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
Add dry fruits and serve hot.
