Paneer is full of protein and spinach is rich in iron. Using both these ingredients flavoured with turmeric, you can prepare Power Up Paneer.

    Ingredients to make Power Up Paneer:

    10-15 leaves of spinach, 1/4 cup grated paneer, a pinch of turmeric, 1 tsp oil

    Steps to make Power Up Paneer:

    1. Wash spinach leaves well. In a vessel, boil water and add the spinach leaves. Stir for 1-2 minutes and quickly transfer to normal water.

    2. Puree the spinach leaves.

    3. In a pan, add oil. Once warm, add the grated paneer and saute for 2 min. Add the spinach puree and turmeric powder.

    4. Give a thorough mix.

    Power Up Paneer is ready. You can serve it as a side dish or have it as stuffing in a sandwich.
