Sea food delicacies are quite tasty. Prawn Stir Fry can be prepared at home without any hassle. The presence of prawn makes this recipe rich in protein and magnesium which are essential for physical development. Moreover, spinach is also used in it, which adds Vitamin A, calcium and iron.

Ingredients: 3 tbsp groundnut oil, 2 fat garlic cloves, 1 small red pepper, 200g pack raw peeled tiger prawn, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 100g baby spinach leaves.
Steps:
1. Heat a wok and add 2 tbsp oil. Allow it to heat and then add garlic cloves.
2. Wait for the garlic to turn golden, and then take it out and drain it over a kitchen paper.
3. Add pepper to the wok and stir-fry it for a minute. Allow it to soften and take it out.
4. Add remaining oil and toss the prawn to stir-fry for 2-3 min. Add soy sauce.
5. Next move is to add spinach and fry it further.
6. Return the pepper and garlic to the wok. Serve immediately.
The yummy dish is all set to be served .
