Kabuli channa is rich in protein nutrient. This protein power snack can be topped with raisins and yoghurt, both which are rich in vitamin. Yoghurt also has valuable protein nutrients in them.

Ingredients to make Protein Power Snack:
1 cup kabuli channa, 1 tsp yoghurt, 1 tsp ghee, 2-3 raisins finely chopped, a pinch of turmeric, salt as per taste
Steps to make Protein Power Snack:
1. Soak kabuli channa overnight. Wash and pressure cook for 6 to 7 whistles.
2. In a pan, add ½ tsp ghee. Add finely chopped raisins and saute for 1 min. Keep it aside.
3. In the same pan, add the remaining ghee, turmeric and boiled kabuli channa.
4. Add salt as per taste. Mash the boiled channa.
5. Finally, in a bowl, serve the kabuli chana with yoghurt and raisins.
