Pumpkin Nut Butter is a delicious, creamy, and thick butter option to be served to your child. It is loaded with the nutritional goodness of pumpkin, almonds, and brown sugar. A pinch of cinnamon enhances the taste.

½ cup pureed pumpkin, 1.5 cup roasted and unsalted almonds, ½ tbsp brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon, a pinch of salt
1. Place almonds in mixer and puree them until they turn into almond butter. This will take around 12-15 minutes.
2. Now add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt and puree again for another 4-5 minutes.
Store the prepared pumpkin nut butter in a can in fridge for up to one week.
