This sabzi is made from dried corn papad that is called ‘Rabodi’ in Rajasthan. It is a good change from the regular food that your kids eat in lunch. This dish is nutritious and very tasty.

½ cup rabodi, ¼ cup curd, 1 tbsp oil, a pinch of hing, ½ tsp cumin seeds, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and salt as per taste.
1. Take some water in a pan and let it boil. Add rabodi pieces into this water and let them boil for 3-4 minutes.
2. After the rabodi has turned soft, drain water and set aside.
3. Take a separate bowl and add curd with 1¼ cup of water.
4. To this add, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
5. Mix them well and set this mixture aside.
6. Heat oil in a pan and add hing to this oil. Also add cumin seeds and let them splutter
7. Now add curd mixture in the pan and cook it till the oil starts floating on the top.
8. Stir it well and then add boiled pieces of rabodi to this curry.
9. Cook it for few minutes and keep the consistency of this mixture as per your taste.
Serve it hot with roti.
