Not so appealing but very delicious and nutritious. Ragi Murukku is a great choice for snacks. It is a great way of including ragi in your diet. It is rich in calcium and healthy fats.

1 cup ragi flour, ½ cup rice flour, 1/4 cup gram flour, a pinch of hing, 2 tbsp ghee, 1/4 tsp chilli powder, salt as needed, 1 tsp sesame seeds, oil for frying
1. Dry roast ragi flour till turns aromatic.
2. In a large bowl, add ragi flour, rice flour, gram flour, butter, hing, sesame seeds, chilli powder, salt. Add little water at a time and knead a smooth and sot dough.
3. Heat oil in a skillet. Put dough in a murukku maker and press gently over hot oil.
4. Deep fry them till crisp. Drain and cool down.
Serve and store in air tight container.
