This recipe allows you to feed your kid ragi with the tempting mouth. Ragi is a good source of calcium, iron and fiber, where methi seeds will keep the digestion on track. So, let's see how to make these delicious Ragi Rolls, right away!

1 cup urad dal, 3/4 cup idli rice, 1/4 tsp methi seeds, 1 cup poha, 1/4 cup ragi flour, 1 chopped onion, 100 gms panner, salt, oil, 1⁄2 tsp mustard
1. Wash and soak urad dal and rice separately.
2. Add poha and methi seeds along with rice, soak for 6-8 hours.
3. Drain soaked water from dal and rice.
4. Add salt to taste, grind into a smooth batter.
5. Take the ground batter in a bowl, mix well and let it ferment.
6. After 6-8 hours, add ragi flour and mix well with the batter.
7. Make tadka with oil, hing and mustard seeds.
8. Pour this into the batter and mix well.
9. To make rolls, heat a pan, pour a ladleful of batter.
10. Using circular motion, spread into a thin layer like dosa. Drizzle oil on top, cover and cook.
11. When the dosa turns golden on the underside, flip and slightly cook on the other side as well.
12. Prepare filling by mixing onion and paneer together. Add salt as per taste.
13. Fill the panner mixture in dosa and wrap it like a roll.
Serve immediately with coconut chutney to your little one.
