You need to try variety of nutritious meals. This Rasabali dish is loaded with protein and calcium, and tastes yummy too!

1 cup grated paneer, 1 tsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp semolina, 1 cup sugar, 1 litre milk, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 1 pinch baking powder, ghee for frying
1. Mix together paneer, 3 tbsp sugar, semolina, wheat flour and baking powder to form a dough.
2. Form small flattish balls from the dough and deep fry in ghee.
3. Boil 1 liter milk till half in quantity. Add the remaining sugar and cardamom powder and let it cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the fried paneer balls and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
You will definitely be super excited with this delectable Rasabali dish!
