Rava Uppeth is a thick porridge made from semolina perked up with green chillies, onions and other spices. Rava is nutritious. So, the upma made of wheat rava is surely a healthy breakfast option. You could reduce the green chilly to make it less spicy for your tiny one!

Rava, water, salt, oil, onion
1. Take rava in a pot. Add water and cook until it becomes a soft paste. Put aside.
2. Fry onion in oil till it becomes light brown, add curry leaves.
3. Mix the cooked rava to the onions , add salt and water to get desired thickness of porridge.
Serve hot!
