Ingredients: You will require 2 raw mangoes, a teaspoon of black salt, sugar as per taste, 4-5 cups of cold water, a teaspoon of black salt and 2 teaspoons of roasted cumin powder.
Steps:
1. Do not peel the mangoes. Boil them in a pressure cooker until they are done.
2. Cool them by placing in cold water. Next squeeze out the juice without removing the peels. Scoop out the pulp into a bowl and mix it with the juice.
3. Now blend the juice, pulp, and the remaining ingredients to prepare delicious Aam Jhora.
Pour it out into juice glasses, garnish with a spring of mint and you are done! Wasn’t that easy?
