Ingredients to make Refreshing Mint Pancake (1 serving):
Wheat flour – 60gms, mint leaves -10gms, salt to taste
Steps to make Refreshing Mint Pancake:
1. Take a clean bowl add wheat flour, mint leaves paste to the flour mix thoroughly.
2. Add water to semi-liquid consistency add salt to taste and keep it aside.
3. Pour the batter into a tawa and cook both sides.
Serve this Yummy Pancake, with some honey!
