This is a yummy and easy dessert, which is ideal for babies. Rice is rich in carbs, iron, vitamin B and protein . Milk is rich in calcium and almonds/ raisins are rich in vitamin E and antioxidants. It tastes so delicious that your kiddo will relish every spoon.

Contents
1 cup cooked rice, 1 cup water, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp Ghee, 2 to 3 almonds soaked overnight and peeled, ½ cup sugar, 1 pinch cardamom powder
1. Blend milk and rice together to make it a thick paste.
2. Heat a kadai and pour the blended mixture into it.
3. Add sugar into the mixture and keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.
4. Let the mixture boil. Add almonds and cardamom powder to it and stir for 2 minutes.
5. Switch off the stove and add ghee to it.
Rice Kheer is ready to serve. It tastes good when served chilled.
