    Ingredients to make Rice Uttapam:

    Onions-1 small, tomatoes- 1 small, rice-1 cup, oil-1 tsb, and salt to taste

    Steps to make Rice Uttapam:

    1. Grind rice and then soak it in enough water for 4-5 hours.

    2. Add salt to it. Mix it and leave it for fermentation for 4 hours in a warm place.

    3. Then heat a non stick pan and grease it with 1 tablespoon of oil on medium flame.

    4. Pour 1 full tablespoon of batter on pan making small pancake.

    5. Now add chopped onion and tomatoes on the batter.

    6. Cook well from both the sides by flipping it.

    Yummy Rice Uttapam is ready to be served in lunch boxes/ breakfast.
