Is there anything healthier than a recipe with a ripe banana peel? It is very tasty and crispy. Banana peels are very rich in vitamins B6, B12, and magnesium.

5 peels of ripe bananas, 2 medium sized onion sliced thinly, 1 tsp. finely chopped ginger, ¾ cup besan, Salt to taste, ½ tsp. turmeric powder, 1 tsp. red chili powder, 1 tsp. coriander powder, 1 tsp. garam masala powder, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp. coriander leaves, 1 tsp. white vinegar, oil for frying
1. Wash the banana peel and apply vinegar and salt to the inside of the skin and then cut the peels into very thin strips.
2. Combine besan, onion, ginger, banana peels, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, and 1 tsp. of oil. Mix thoroughly with hands.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan to fry the pakoras. Put the pakoras with hands in oil when one side gets golden brown and turn to the other side and fry till they are crispy and drain them on a kitchen tissue.
Serve them with the main course or as a snack with tea.
