Roasted Phool Makhana is a great snack for kids and is very healthy as makhana contains high amount of calcium that is good for the development of the bones of kids. Make some for your child today!

Contents
2 cups phool makhana(lotus seeds), 3 tsp ghee, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, salt as per taste
1. Take 2 cups of phool makhana and heat some ghee in a pan.
2. Add phool makhan to this hot ghee and roast them on low flame for few minutes.
3. Once the phool makhana turns crispy, then add 1 tsp of ghee again and also add spices to it.
4. Switch off the flame and then mix the makhana and spices well.
Serve it immediately and store them in an airtight container.
