    Ingredients to make Roasted Zucchini Fingers (1 serving):

    Zucchini -100gms, breadcrumbs-25gms, besan -10gms

    Steps to make Roasted Zucchini Fingers:

    1. Cut the zucchini into round slices.

    2. Mix besan add salt and pepper and make a smooth paste.

    3. Dip the zucchini slices in the bean mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.

    4. In a pan, add olive oil and shallow fry until golden brown cook on the both sides.

    Serve these Roasted Zucchini Fries !
