A glass of milk is considered to be equivalent to a whole meal because of the number of essential nutrients and vitamins it contains. Milk is a rich source of calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, magnesium and strontium. So if you shy away from milk, here’s an interesting way in which you can fall in love with this daily dose of milk.

Ingredients: 2 cups chilled milk, 3 tablespoons of rose syrup, 1 teaspoon of rose water, ½ tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of sabja seeds, rose petals for garnishing.
Steps:
1. Soak the sabja seeds in water for half an hour. Strain and keep aside.
2. In a bowl, add the milk and rose syrup and stir well till the syrup dissolves completely in the milk.
3. Add sugar and dissolve well. Next, add the sabja seeds and stir.
4. Pour out the rose milk into tall glasses. Garnish with a few rose petals and serve.
