This is a simple fruit salad recipe packed with the goodness of red fruits. Intake your daily dose of antioxidants and vitamin C with this salad bowl.

½ cup green grapes, 1 whole orange segments, ½ cup pomegranate, 1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander, 1 tsp of lime juice, a pinch of salt to taste
1. In a bowl add green grapes cut into halves, segments of one whole orange, ½ cup pomegranate.
2. Mix well and to this mixture add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp lime juice, and mix well.
3. For an attractive presentation, garnish the salad with finely chopped coriander.
Here it is; a colourful and antioxidant-rich salad with attractive colours ready to eat.
