Healthy sapota laddoo is an awesome dessert. These laddoos are rich in vitamins, provides instant energy and helps in digestion.

6 sapota/chiku, ghee, ½ cup cashew nut powder, 1 cup maida, ½ cup suji, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup khoya grated, chopped almonds, 1 tsp cardamom powder.
1. Peel sapota and grind them to a fine paste.
2. Heat ghee in a pan, add sapota paste and saute it for about a minute.
3. Then add cashew nut powder, all-purpose flour, and cook it on a slow flame. Add suji after 5 minutes and let it cook on low flame for another 10 minutes.
4. When the mixture turns slightly thicker, add sugar, khoya and mix well.
5. Add chopped almonds, cardamom powder and cook for about a minute.
Turn off the flame, let it rest for some time and shape them into laddoos. Delicious Sapota Laddoos are ready to serve.
