Do you feel fully drained out yet don’t want to compromise in providing a healthy snack? Here you go with a quick, simple snack within 5 minutes! If you have a boiled potato stored in the fridge, you can make Sautéed Potato. Potato is rich in Vitamins C and B6, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, and pantothenic acid.

Contents
1 big boiled potato, 1 tsp oil, ½ tsp. pepper powder, and salt to taste
1. Dice the potatoes.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder and mix well.
3. Heat a pan, add oil and when the oil is warm add the marinated potatoes.
4. Fry them for 3 minutes and serve.
Isn’t this very quick and healthy? Entice Sautéed Potato for today’s snack.
