Ingredients to make Sautéed veggies/ Vegetable Stir Fry:
½ carrot, potato, French beans, cauliflower, bell pepper, onion, tomato, 9-10 cashew, ½ cup paneer cubes, 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp pepper powder, ½ tsp sesame seeds, ¼ tsp chilli flakes, ¼ oregano, salt to taste and 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1. Wash all the vegetables and chop all the veggies into small cubes.
2. Steam cook carrots, potato, French Beans and cauliflower.
3. Heat a skillet and add butter, cashews and sesame seeds and fry until the cashews turn golden and aromatic.
4. Add onion and fry till it is golden brown and add tomatoes and required salt.
5. Sauté until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy and add bell pepper and stir them well.
6. After 2 minutes, add the steamed veggies to it and add pepper powder, paneer cubes, chilli flakes, oregano and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve these sautéed veggies as main course for lunch or as an accomplishment treat. This dish is packed with various nutrients. Hope you will give a try today!
