Shahi Kaju is another royal dish and prepared on special occasions. It is a rich creamy gravy if you are looking for weight gain. This dish can help you perfectly when you want to serve something special and is full of essential vitamins and minerals.

1 onion, 1 cup kaju, 1 cup curd, ½ cup grated khoya, 2 tbsp ghee salt as required, coriander leaves to garnish
1. Firstly chop the onion, then put a pan on medium flame and heat ghee in it.
2. Add chopped onions and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Then grind them to smooth paste. Again put in pan, add beaten curd and roasted khoya and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour 1/2 cup of water in the pan and cook for a minute.
Add salt and garnish with coriander leaves.
