Treat your sweet tooth with this tasty delicacy called 'Shahi Tukda.' Keep it healthy by frying the bread in ghee and using home made khova. It consists of healthy carbs and calcium.

4 bread pieces, 1/3rd cup water, 1/3rd cup sugar, crushed almonds,crushed pista, cardamom powder, 100 gm khova (preferably homemade)
1. Take a saucepan and add water and sugar. Boil it and make sugar syrup of two string consistency. Add cardamom in it. Turn off the flame when done.
2. Take the bread slices and cut them into triangles or 4 pieces.
3. Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the bread pieces till the turn golden and crisp.
4. Once the slices are fried, soak them in sugar syrup for a minute and take them out and place it on serving dish.
5. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add khoya. Stir it continuously for 5 minutes.
6. Apply this khoya on bread slices. Garnish it with crushed almonds and pista.
Serve warm.
