Here is a lip-smacking Singhada Sheera recipe. It is loaded with essential vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients to make Singhada Sheera:
1 cup waterchestnut (shingoda) flour, 4 tbsp. ghee, ¾ cup sugar, ½ tsp. cardamom (elaichi) powder, 1 tbsp. of almond (badam) slivers and pistachio slivers
Steps to make Singhada Sheera:
1. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan and add the waterchestnut flour and roast on a slow flame for 5 minutes or till it turns light brown while stirring continuously.
2. Add 2 cups of warm water, mix well and cook on a slow flame stirring continuously for another 5 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed.
3. Add sugar and mix well and cook on a slow flame stirring constantly for another 4 minutes.
4. Mix the cardamom powder well and remove from heat.
Serve it in a bowl garnished with almond and pistachios slivers.
