Singhare Ki Roti

Are you interested in having healthy and equally delicious food? Here is a recipe, which is normally prepared during fasting as it is a complete meal. These rotis are made from chestnut atta. They contain many health benefiting nutrients and minerals, which would benefit a lot.



    Ingredients to make Singhare Ki Roti:

    1 cup singhara aatta, 3 boiled and peeled potatoes, sendha salt (optional) as per taste, water as required

    Steps to make Singhare Ki Roti:

    1. Grate the boiled potatoes and add to the flour along with salt. Mix them all well and knead to make a firm dough using water little by little.

    2. Divide the dough into equal balls and roll them into rotis using dry flour and rolling pin.

    3. Heat a flat pan and cook the roti until it is brown from both the sides.

    Serve with curd and potato curry and enjoy every bite of it.
