Sku is a traditional ladakhi dish made from wheat flour in vegetable broth. It’s a filling dish and can be had for breakfast.

Contents
Wheat flour, local vegetables, sweet peas, tomato, potatoes, saffron
1. Knead the dough in water.
2. Boil saffron in water and add to dough.
3. Make small pasta shaped pieces of dough with thumb
4. Sautee diced tomato, potatoes, onions, vegetables and spices. Add water to prepare vegetable broth.
5. Add the pasta pieces to the broth.
