Here is an interesting, easy, quick, tasty healthy recipe to be on the move energetically. Soft Aloo Rice Crepe has potatoes, which are a good source of vitamins C and B6, manganese, phosphorus, niacin and pantothenic acid

1 cup cooked rice, ½ cup rice flour, 3 tbsp cooked grated potato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp pepper powder, salt to taste, 4 tsp oil, 2 tsp water
1. Blend the cooked rice with 1 tsp. water to a smooth paste.
2. Transfer it to a mixing bowl and add rice flour, potato, onion, pepper, salt and knead well to prepare soft dough.
3. Take a clean butter paper and grease it with oil and take small ball of dough and flatten it on the sheet using your fingers.
4. While flattening you can either dust it with rice flour or oil if required.
5. Now add the flattened crepe on the hot tawa.
6. Drizzle 1 tsp oil around the edges of the crepe and some in the center.
7. Cook till it turns golden brown on the bottom.
8. Flip over and cook the other side also.
When you offer everyone will relish every bite of it like no tomorrow!
