At times, you get tired of eating the same meals and demand innovation. This Sojne Fuler Posto recipe is the perfect dish to tantalize your little one's taste buds. Drumstick flowers are considered to be a superfood and are rich in nutrients, such as amino acids and antioxidants.

2 cups sojne phool (drumstick flower), 1 potato (cubed), 1 cup brinjal (cubed), ½ cup posto bata (poppy seed paste), 2 tbsp mustard oil, ½ tsp nigella seeds, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, salt to taste
1. Clean the drumstick flowers by removing all the stalks so that it doesn’t taste bitter. Wash and keep aside.
2. Heat mustard oil and add nigella seeds. Saute for 5-10 seconds and add the potato cubes - fry for 5 minutes.
3. Add the brinjal, salt, and turmeric powder and fry for 3-4min. Add the sojne phul and stir fry for 4 – 5 minutes.
4. Add the cumin powder and posto bata and mix well.
5. Add 1 cup of water, cover and cook for 7 – 8 minutes on low heat. Serve hot with rice.
