Soy milk is the best alternative to milk. It’s loaded with proteins and helps build resistance in the body and is filling too. Soy milkshake is easy to make and can be prepared in less time with available ingredients.

1 cup soy milk, 1 banana, 1 cup sugar, basil leaves for garnishing, chocolate, ice cubes, nutmeg
1. In a blender, add a cup of soy milk, 1 banana and half a cup of sugar. Add ice cubes if you prefer chilled milkshake.
2.Add chocolate and blend until you get a creamy milk.
Voila! Soy milk is ready.You can garnish with basil leaves. Basil leaves are also good for health and have healing properties.
