Wheat flour, sugar, dry fruits, nuts, soy milk
1. Dry roast the wheat flour on a tawa on low flame till it changes color slightly.
2. Powder the sugar, dry fruits and set aside.
3. Mix the wheat flour with the nuts and sugar powder and add soy milk slowly to make a smooth dough.
4. Use a little oil to make laddoos.
Store in a airtight box for up to 6 days.
