Spicy toast is a superb tasty snack. Using salad veggies along with herbs like mint and coriander and cheese, you can prepare this healthy and quick snack. The salad veggies are full of vital vitamins and minerals, cheese gives the necessary protein and bread takes care of carbohydrates.

4 atta bread slices, ¼ cucumber, ¼ tomato, ¼ onion, ¼ capsicum, ¼ potato, ¼ beetroot, 3-5 sprigs of coriander and mint leaves each, ¼ cup cheddar cheese, 1 tsp butter
1. Finely chop all the veggies. Put them in the mixing bowl.
2. Boil the potato and chop it. Add it to the veggies.
3. Add salt, cheese, and finely chopped coriander and mint leaves too.
4. Mix all the above ingredients. In a tawa, warm the bread slices on both sides. Apply half tsp butter in the inside of the bread slice.
5. Spread the veggie filling on one slice and cover the veggies with another bread slice. On top of the bread, apply butter.
6. Cover and cook the spicy toast till the cheese starts to melt.
Yummy spicy toast is ready. Serve it hot.
