    Ingredients to make Steamed Bread Chaat (1 serving ):

    Slices of brown bread-4, paneer-50gms, thick curd -25gms, onions -15gms, tomatoes -20gms, grated carrot -25gms, sev-15gms, coriander leaves –to garnish, salt to taste, cumin powder to taste, garam masala to taste

    Steps to make Steamed Bread Chaat:

    1. Crumble the brown bread, add chopped onions, paneer, tomatoes and grated carrot mix well.

    2. Add the cumin powder,garam masala and salt to taste.

    3. Add curd on top of this mixture.

    4. Garnish with coriander leaves and sev on top.
