Ripe bananas, plain rice flour, jaggery, oil as required
1. Chop ripe bananas into bite sized pieces.
2. Coat the bananas with plain rice flour. Dust off the excess flour.
3. Take a little oil in a pan and gently fry the bananas till light golden.
4. Melt jaggery in a pan with little water.
Pour over the fried bananas and serve!
