This delicious smoothie is not only nutritious but is filling too. Made with strawberries, oats and chia seeds, this smoothie is packed with a ton of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, potassium and antioxidants. Chia seeds offer the highest volume of Omega-3, as well as additional fiber to you.

Contents
1 cup strawberries frozen, 1/3 cup oats, tsp vanilla extract, 1⁄2 tsp chia seeds and 1 cup cow milk
1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
2. Serve immediately for best results.
Your Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie is perfect to serve in hot summers. Put it in the glass and serve a little glass of love too.
