    Ingredients to make Strawberry Swiss Roll:

    Eggs: 4, flour: 1/3 cup, Butter: 1 cup, Baking powder: 1 tsp, sugar: 1/2 cup, Vanilla extract: 1 tsp. For the filling of swiss roll: Whipped cream: 1 cup, Strawberry compote: 1/3 cup, icing sugar: 1 tbsp

    Steps to make Strawberry Swiss Roll:

    1. Preheat oven to 230º C. Grease a 17×12” baking pan, line it with parchment paper, and then grease the paper.

    2. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add the eggs and beat well.

    3. Add the flour and baking powder and fold in gently.

    4. Pour the batter into a 17×12” greased pan. Bake at 230C for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    5. Remove the cake from the oven, and cool.

    6. Once cool, spread with the cream and strawberry compote .

    7. Cover with a lightly moist kitchen towel and chill for a few hours. Dust with icing sugar. Slice and serve.
