Mangoes are a low-calorie, highly nutrient dense food. Whereas bananas are a healthy source of carbohydrates and help our body produce energy. They are a good source of potassium and magnesium and help in maintaining normal blood pressure while promoting bone health along with optimal electrolyte balance. Summer Shake is a healthy blend of both the tropical fruits with the goodness of curd and milk. It is super easy to prepare and liked by everyone

    Ingredients to make Summer Shake:

    Fresh mangoes-2 medium, banana-2 large, milk-1 cup, curd-1 cup, rose water-2 tsp and sugar-2 tsp

    Steps to make Summer Shake:

    1. Wash the mangoes, peel and chop them into small pieces.

    2. Peel the banana and chop them.

    3. Add the chopped banana and mango in a blender. Add sugar as per your taste.

    4. Add curd, milk and rose water. Blend untill smooth.

    You can also add ice cubes at this stage or add it in the end while serving.
