Sunflower Butter is a great alternative to peanut butter and is served in many dishes all across the globe. It is rich in vitamin E and protein.

Sunflower butter, 4 slices of multigrain bread, 2 tbsp grated coconut, sliced strawberry
1. Butter the 2 breads with sunbutter.
2. Place sliced strawberries, sprinkle some grated coconut.
3. Cover the slices with another bread slice and your sandwhich with sunbutter is ready.
Serve immediately. You can skip the fruits flavour.
