Summer is the time of yummy mangoes. We all wait for summers to savour this delicious fruit. Each one has their own unique recipe to enjoy this king of fruits. Mangoes are extremely beneficial for health, as they contain important vitamins and are a rich source of carbohydrates that are important for the functioning of brain. So, how do we use mangoes in a creative yet tasty way? Let's find out.

1 cup milk, 2 tbsps Milkmaid, 2 tbps cream, 2 cardamoms, 1 cup of mangoes (cut) and a few saffron strand
1. Put the cut mangoes and the milk in a blender. Add the cream and cardamoms.
2. Blend the ingredients till you get a smooth texture. You can add ice cubes and blend for a cooler taste.
3. Pour out in a glass and decorate with the saffron strands and cut mango pieces.
Serve chilled.
