Give a delightful start to your kid's day with this sweet pancake with a flavour of pineapple and the goodness of apples. Top up with honey for an extra special treat.

Contents
½ cup wheat flour, ½ cup maida, 2/3 cup milk, 2-3 tbsp honey, 2 eggs, 1 apple grated, 1 tsp pineapple essence, ½ tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt
1. Seive wheat flour, maida, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Add milk, honeyegg yolk, pineapple essence and whisk well.
2. Whisk egg whites in a seperate bowl until fluffy soft peaks.
3. Grate the apple using large grates and lightly squeeze excess juice.
4. Add grated apple to the batter. Lightly fold in the egg white to the batter.
5. Heat a small pan with a drop of oil and place 2 tablespoons of batter in the pan on low heat. When golden, turn the pancake over and allow to cook until both sides are golden.
Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
