When it comes to south Indian dishes, Paniyaram is a popular dish made with fermented lentil and rice batter. Due to its sour taste and the option of making it less spicy, it is loved by kids and adults alike. Arrange for a paniyaram pan for yourself so that you can make them just perfect. Sweet Paniyaram is gluten-free and can be made instantly.

1.5 cup - idli batter, 6-8 tbsp - jaggery, ½ cup - grated fresh coconut, pinch of black cardamom powder, salt as per taste, ghee for frying.
1. Add all the above-mentioned ingredients to the idli batter and mix properly.
2. Now take the Paniyaram pan and put it on the flame, once its a little warm, fill the molds 3/4th with the batter.
3. You can cover and cook for few minutes and then flip.
Serve these yummy balls to as snacks!
