Sweet Potato is a healthy food item which is rich in starch. You must find out different ways to eat sweet potato. Sweet Potato Hash can be created using red onion, EVOO, diced cured chorizo and chopped rosemary. Make sure you do not use extra oil.

Steps:
1. The first step is to boil the potatoes and check if they are tender. Keep them for at least 5 minutes.
2. Take a large skillet and add EVOO. Heat the oil and cook onion over medium flame for at least 5 minutes.
3. The next step is to add chorizo and rosemary. Cook it for 2 minutes.
4. Stir the potatoes continuously and cook them for at least 10 minutes.
You can season the potatoes. Serve this dish hot. You can add more veggies based on your preference. Try it today!
