Ingredients to make Sweet Potato Palia (1 serving):
Sweet potato-100gms, onions -50gms, red Chilies-10gms, grated coconut -15gms, oil
Steps to make Sweet Potato Palia:
1. Boil the sweet potatoes and peel it and keep it aside
2. In a pan add onions, red chillies, and grated coconut and sauté it for a while
3. Add salt chili powder to it
4. Add the boiled sweet potatoes to the mixture and mix well
Serve this sabzi with hot rotis or phulkas!
