Sweet Rings is a yummy tasty snack made from wheat flour, which has valuable carbohydrates. This snack is flavoured with cardamom powder and dry fruits, all rich in vital vitamins and minerals, apt for toddlers and adults alike.

1 cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp milk solids, 2 tsp ghee, 3-4 raisins, 3-4 cashews, 2 tsp sugar powder, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, pinch of salt, 1 tsp oil, oil for deep frying.
1. In a sieve, put the wheat flour, salt, sugar and milk solids. Get a clear mixture through the sieve.
2. To this mixture, add cardamom powder, powdered cashews and finely chopped raisins. Mix well.
3. Add water and knead the flour into a semi soft dough.
4. Grease a chakli maker and apply oil from inside.
5. Take a ball size shaped dough and add in the chakli maker.
6. Add sufficient oil in a kadai and press the chakli maker. Add the sweet rings one by one and fry them on medium flame till both sides turn golden brown.
Hot Sweet Rings are ready to be relished!
